Welcome to JPS11 and thank you for taking a look at my website. The aim of JPS11 is to assist clients with specific challenges relating to all aspects of retail, network, team and change management.
I offer high impact, experienced help as and when required, giving clients full flexibility in terms of project duration. As you will see I have wide experience both with manufacturer/principal and independent retailer, as such I have a unique view of both sides of the coin.
