Help you to get the job done. I bring an engaging and enthusiastic personality along with a clarity of vision and thought to a team, I pride myself on quickly "seeing the wood from the trees", identifying the opportunities and risks.
I have worked with and inspired teams across the globe to produce some great results from tricky situations. Sustainable business turnarounds have been my proudest achievements.
How do I do it?
With a flexible sense of purpose. I can work alongside you as a keen pair of experienced and objective eyes through which to review, discuss and develop new or existing plans. I am equally comfortable making a thorough 'sleeves up' examination of process and procedure at the customer interface. I can quickly assimilate with any team, reporting and recommending a clear and measurable course of action. I am comfortable discussing and presenting at all levels and in diverse cultural environments.
What can you expect?
Typically I will hold an initial meeting to introduce myself and to define your specific needs, identifying if and where I might add value to the team. I would usually then produce a timeline/plan outlining a proposed short to medium term schedule and fee structure, including a suggested list of deliverables and milestones. Once this is agreed the project would start in earnest. I primarily work for myself but can of course call upon a network of Associates and Administrative support as required.
